6/18/2004 09:09:02 AM|||Mike|||Title of a rather nice Alice Cooper song. Pink Floyd's "Several species of small furry animals gathered in a cave and grooving with a pict" is perhaps a better title, but I don't like the song much, and the title doesn't really (in my opinion) fit the song.

"That was the day my dead pet returned to save my life", on the other hand, is a narrative song in which the protagonist's dead pets return to save him from near-certain death.

swinging broken baseball bats
Things were getting frantic,
started jumping in their panic
hallucinating billions of rats - lots of rats
